CAD / CAM

Pioneers in CAD / CAM
Palloys pioneered the application of Computer Assisted Design (CAD) and Computer Assisted Manufacture (CAM) to the Australian Jewellery industry.
From drawings or pictures, our designers create finished jewellery designs utilising JewelCAD software and rapid prototyping printing machines. A unique serial number is created for each design created by Palloys that is matched to the relevant client code.
Please contact our CAD/CAM customer service associates to discuss how CAD/CAM can save you time and money.
The Palloys CAD / CAM Process
| Step 1 | Send us your design sketch or photograph via email, fax or mail. Your order is logged and given an individual serial number. |
|---|---|
| Step 2 | Palloys designers draw your design and send it to you for your approval in stunning 3-D detail. Any design or size changes can be accommodated rapidly saving time and money. |
| Step 3 | Palloys grows a wax model on one of our in-house rapid prototyping solid wax modelling machines. If desired, the finished model can be inspected before being sent to cast. |
| Step 4 | Casting occurs. |
